Monitor and measure effectiveness of video presentations and track drill down reports by who watched, what & when.
How to View Presentation Reports:
Steps:
1. Select Presentation Statistics Report from Analytics drop down menu.
2. Select and enter the following filters:
i. Last Updated: (Between)Presentation published on or after this date (And) till this date
ii. Campaign: If Presentation is part of any campaign
iii. Category: Library category
iv. Title: Name of the Presentation
v. State: Published, draft etc.
vi. View Report: Press this button to view
3. At Presentation report provide information about following attributes
i. Presentation: Title of the Presentation
ii. Category: Name of category
iii. Campaign: Title of campaign that Presentation is a part
iv. Viewers: no. of unique viewers of this Presentation
v. Views: no. of time Presentation users have viewed this Presentation
vi. Completed Views: no. of completed views
vii. Average Score: Average test score of viewers of this Presentation
viii. Avge. Rating: How viewers are rating this Presentation
ix. Favorite: How many users have added this Presentation to their favorites list
x. Size(MB): What is the total size in mega bytes
xi. Length: Total length of this Presentation in hours/minutes
xii. Viewing hours: Total time spent by users viewing this Presentation
