Campaigns provide a convenient way to invite a group of viewers to watch a set of Presentations within a specific timeframe. You can distribute trainings, education and information to a target user base for viewing within a given span of time.
How to Run a Campaign:
Creating campaign is a simple 5-step training delivery method. Go to Create campaign link under Campaign drop down.
1. Define campaign:
Enter campaign title and add description of it.
Set campaign start and end date
and click Add Presentation button to add training videos in campaign.
2. Add Presentation(s):
You can filter presentations by View, Type and Category and also can search the required presentation.
To add presentations click on ‘+’ adjacent to the Presentation or click on the ‘Add All’ option to add all presentations in campaign.
Once selected, the Presentation will appear in the ‘Presentations Selected’.
then click Add Audience button to add users(individual or group) in it.
Also can Save it as Draft at this stage by clicking Save as Draft button and edit it later on.
If you have added any presentation(s) mistakenly, you can remove it by clicking ‘x’ adjacent to the Presentation or click on the ‘Remove All’ option to remove all presentations added in campaign.
3. Add Audience:
The Presentations included in this campaign would be available to the selected users within the campaign duration. An invitation to the selected users will be sent automatically on launching the campaign.
Select users and groups from Available Users / Groups list and add them in campaign.
You an also Invite new users by providing their email addresses in the below box of Add Un-Registered Users
Click Review button review campaign details.
4. Review:
Review campaign details and Launch it if all is good to go or Save it as Draft if you want to launch or update it later.
5. Launch:
Once launched, the invitation will be sent to all the selected users. If you want to invite users from your private email address instead of VIDIZMO then you can send them the link appeared in the box below.
