Steps:
1. Go to Presentations Tab in the Main Menu, click Create New Presentation
2. In message box
Select Live Presentation
Define Expected Duration
Select Live Stream Source
Press OK
3. Select videos, sounds, images, Docs, PowerPoint Slides, captions, and Forms you want to use in your live interactive rich media presentation. Also you can swap and drag content to create a sequenced flow of documents for broadcasting.
You can instantly Preview planned/designed Presentation to enhance your presentations.
4. Click Publish to directly publish it to the target audience.
5. Enter details and click “Next”
6. Select Time zone, and create schedule for the Presentation.
Double-click on the time slot you want to reserve for the session.
Enter title and description
Set Recurrence to daily, weekly, monthly or annually repeat the session. Click OK to proceed
7. Click Publish to instantly publish details and notify audience.
