You really do not need any other software to manage your digital assets. Within content library, when you hover on any content three buttons will appear which allows you to view edit properties or delete the content.
You can add description to your contents and add tags to them to allow you to search content within library. The description, title and tags which you have added, will be search able within presentations in which these contents are used. You can set the visibility of content and make it Private for personal use only or make it Public to be available for other authors of his channel to use in creating presentation.
