VIDIZMO provides an easy interface to channel administrators to manage rights and role of their channel users. Channel administrators can add, delete or update users based on roles and requirements.
How to Manage Users
Steps:
1. Select Manage Existing Users from the Users drop down menu.
2. On Manage Existing Users page you can:
Filter users list by groups appearing at left side
Edit information of individual users
Edit users information and their roles in bulk
3. Click on group name to browse users by group or search a particular user by typing the user’s name or email address in the search tab. Use Bulk Edit button to edit users.
4. You can edit the following fields
i. Role: Change the role of user to Administrator or Viewer, or both
ii. Status: Active or In-Active (In-active user can log into his account but will not be able to access your channel)
iii. Basic Profile: Update basic information of user if needed
iv. Groups: Select user groups in which you want to add the selected user
5. Click Update to save changes or Cancel to revert back.
