Go to Manage Registration Request page from Users drop down menu to view the user requests for registration.
On Manage Registration Request page:
Select the user request by using check mark box adjacent to the User name.
Click the Approve button to allow requested users to become part of your channel.
Once the user has become part of your channel you can update his profile information, rights and role from Manage Existing Users.
If you don’t want the requested relevant user to become part of your channel then you can reject his request by clicking the Reject button.
To view the rejected requests, select “rejected” from Status drop down and click Filter button.
You can Approve the rejected requests in the same way as described above.
