On-Demand Presenter allows creating presentation consisting of synchronized videos, PowerPoint slides, screen capture, interactive whiteboard, audios, branch-able quizzes, survey forms and closed captions with real-time search within presentation and viewer evaluation capabilities. Branch-able quizzes force viewer to watch specific segments of presentations while search provides viewer the ability to quickly jump to desired knowledge segments. Steps:
1. Go to ‘Presentations’ dropdown menu and select ‘Create New Presentation’
2. Select ‘On-Demand Studio’ tab in the pop-up window. You can set the aspect ratio of video pane according to the aspect ratio of your video and click ‘OK’
3. You will have the On Demand Studio in front of you to start creating an on-demand interactive video presentation.
4. Add digital assets which you want to use in creating presentation, from content library to the time line. Adjust the properties of content added in timeline using advance control options according to your needs.
You can overlay videos, captions, logos and images to create a branded rich media presentation.
Impress your audience by adding audio(s) as playback or background music also you can use recording(s) as voice overlay.
Add Flash(SWF), Docs(doc, docx, XPS, ppt, pptx, pdf) or create your own textual content i.e. captions(simple text, linked text) and quiz forms, and add them to the timeline to increase the interactivity of your rich media presentation.
5. Adjust content timing, on a time scale, using the layer editor.
6. You can use keyboard shortcut keys for editing purpose

7. Once you are done with the editing click Publish button at the top right of the studio page, a publishing form will comes up. Add details to the form
Title: Give title to your presentation
Tags: Tags allows users to search your presentation. You can add tags related to the content within presentation.
Short Description: Add short description to your presentation to define what is this presentation for and who should watch it.
Category: Select “category” under which you want to publish your presentation.
Completion Criteria: It allows you to set viewing criteria on the basis of which viewing of presentation will be considered as completed.
Player theme: Select the theme within which you want to show your presentation.
Player Layout: It allows you to select layout of video and document panes according to your needs.
