Steps to embed VIDIZMO presentations in SharePoint 2010

For any embed code to work with sharpeoint you have to either edit page html or use a Content Editor web part, that comes with SharePoint 2010.

Here are the steps to embed presentation using ‘Content Editor’ Web part

Under “Page” tab click “Edit page”

Click the “Add a Web Part” link

Select the “Media and Content ” from Categories section & pick the “Content Editor” Web Part and click Add button

Once you added a web part you will see a link to add new content

On clicking the add new content link, notice on the Ribbon > Editing Tools > Format Text, you will see an HTML menu . Select “Edit HTML Source” on this menu

A window will pops up, paste your embed code here and click OK button

Then go to “Page” tab and click “Stop Editing” button

Now you are done

NOTE:

However, if you don’t see your video presentation then you might need to update your browser settings because the reason could be because of Zone of your sharepoint site is in. If browser sees a website in a zone accessing content from website in another zone, it may restrict it based on the browser settings. If your sharepoint 2010 website is in Local Intranet zone, try changing security settings to Medium Low from ‘Tools’ > ‘Internet options’ in IE as shown below.
